Historic three bedroom flat

cobble hill, Brooklyn, NY
featured in brownstoner, the new york times, and homeworthy

Partner Erin Fearins showcased her inimitable style and curatorial talents in her family’s three-bedroom condo in Cobble Hill. She renovated the 1,115-square-foot space in stages with her husband, architect Jesse Fearins. Their upgrade included custom floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, marble with graphic veining, wrap-around built-ins, and high-gloss paint, among other features. Erin’s trademarks—unexpected juxtapositions of pattern and color, expertly layered vintage furniture pieces, art, fabric, and antiques—result in interiors thoughtfully rendered for maximum enjoyment.
